The Booster Group was founded by Ruhel Chowdhury and Shekhul Islam with one clear mission: to create opportunities, reduce unemployment and strengthen communities
through meaningful work.
Built on years of community service, charitable work and professional experience, The
Booster Group was created to bridge the gap between talented local people seeking
work and organisations needing reliable staffing solutions.
Ruhel brings over 20 years of experience within housing, community services and
workforce development, while Shekhul has dedicated years to supporting communities
through food banks, pilgrimage support, charitable initiatives and helping vulnerable
people.
Together, they believe employment changes lives. When people are in work,
communities become stronger, families become more stable and young people are
inspired to aim higher.
