The Booster Group was founded with one clear mission: to create opportunities, reduce
unemployment and strengthen communities through meaningful work.
Founded by Ruhel Chowdhury and Shekhul Islam, The Booster Group combines years of
professional experience, charitable service and workforce development to support both
businesses and local communities.
Ruhel brings over 20 years of experience across housing, community support and
workforce development, while Shekhul has dedicated years to helping communities
through food banks, pilgrimage support, charitable initiatives and supporting vulnerable
people.
Together, they believe that meaningful employment transforms lives. When people work,
families become stronger, communities improve and opportunities grow.
